CALIBRATION SHIMS

Calibration Shims are used to verify that digital coating thickness gauges are measuring within tolerance, and to ensure that the user is following the correct procedure for gauge operation. Plastic Calibration Shims are available in sets of 5 non-certified, or 6 Certified Shims per pack.

CALIBRATION STANDARDS are used to calibrate and check the accuracy of coating thickness instruments. PCWI Calibration Standards are available in sets of 4 coated plates plus one zero plate, with either ferrous or non-ferrous bases, and calibration certificate traceable to international standards.
