The Concrete Profiler creates a permanent replica of surface profile of concrete.

Coating failure is often caused by inadequate surface profile. The Concrete Profiler (or TCP Putty), developed by OTB Technologies Inc., creates a permanent record of surface profile measurement of concrete structures.

Simple to use, equal measures of putties "A" and "B" are mixed together, and applied according to package directions to the concrete surface. Putty hardens to a resilient elasomer in 2 to 10 minutes under most conditions; full cure in 24 hours at 25 degrees C. The result is a permanent record of surface profile.

The Concrete Profiler is available in the basic kit, including putties, measuring discs, gloves, brush, and instructions, or a deluxe kit which also includes micrometer. Appoximately 30 tests per kit.
