Dakota MX1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The MX-1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge by Dakota Ultrasonics will hold a single velocity, ideal where material thickness of a single substance will be measured day after day. Simply pre-set the desired velocity using the supplied software programme, and the MX-1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is ready to measure thickness of the selected material at power-up.

4.5 digit LCD display features selectable backlight with off/on/auto (illuminates oly when taking a measurement) Rugged aluminum body, sealed-membrane keypad, and gasket-sealed nickel-plated aluminum end-caps make Dakota's MX-1 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge suitable for real-life applications outside as well as in-shop. 2 - AA batteries provide about 80 hours of service using alkaline batteries; 20 hours for NiCad. Low-battery is indicated by flashing display, and the gauge will automatically shut off if the battery is too low to operate reliably.
