DeFelsko PosiTector 6000 Coating Thickness Gauge

New PosiTector 6000 Electronic Coating Thickness Gauge by DeFelsko features a more rugged and weatherproof ergonomic body design. PosiTector 6000 now comes in Two Models: Standard and Advanced, both models include memory, statistics, HiLo alarm, and USB mass-storage and download port. Software is not required for the New Paperless PosiTector 6000; Coating Thickness measurements can be stored in the gauge, uploaded to DeFelsko's free web-based application, PosiTector.net, or downloaded to your PC via USB.

The New Advanced-model PosiTector 6000 has added a high-contrast, reversible colour LCD display, on-screen help menu, and multiple stored calibration adjustments for a variety of substrate conditions. In addition, PosiTector 6000 Advanced provides the options of real-time graphing of coating thickness readings, picture prompts, and batch notes. Coating Thickness measurements, inspection photographs, and graphs can be uploaded to PosiTector.net, or downloaded to computer via USB or Bluetooth Wireless Technology.

PosiTector 6000 probes are available in integrated or separate styles, for ferrous and/or non-ferrous substrates, regular probes with thickness ranges of 0 - 60, 0 - 250, 0 - 500 mils, and micro-probes measuring 0 - 45 mils on ferrous substrates, 0 - 25 mils on non-ferrous substrates, and specialty anodizing probe for aluminum. All DeFelsko probes are fully interchangeable on both Standard and Advanced gauge bodies.
