MiniTest 1100 Series Coating Thickness Gauge
MiniTest 1100 Series Coating Thickness Gauge is an electronic coating thickness gauge with a variety of separate probes for measuring dry film thickness on metal substrates. The MiniTest 1100 Series features four memory and statistics gauge model options with separate probes for a variety of coating thickness measurement ranges from very low yield on non-ferrous substrates, to ultra-high thickness, such as fire-proofing (intumescent coatings) up to 2 inches on ferrous substrates, or up to 4 inches on non-ferrous substrates. The MiniTest 1100 features the highest-range probes currently available, making it the ideal choice for measurement of fire-retardant or insulating linings and coatings for oil and gas pipelines, tanks, or commercial and industrial building applications. All MiniTest 1100 Series gauges are mils/micron switchable and allow download of reading(s) by serial cable to a portable data printer. All probes are interchangeable with all gauge models.
Available models of MiniTest 1100 Series Coating Thickness Gauges:
-
MiniTest 1100 - Ready-to-use, basic gauge with neither memory nor statistics. Receives all MiniTest 1100 separate probes.
-
MiniTest 2100 - memory storage of up to 10,000 individual readings, statistical evaluation of individual readings
-
MiniTest 3100 - up to 10,000 readings in up to 10 batches. Statistics include min, max, mean, standard deviation, and total number of readings within on measuring series.
-
MiniTest 4100 - up to 10,000 readings, 99 application memories, 98 batches. Full statistical evaluation, date and time stamped readings.
