DeFelsko PosiTector DPM Dew Point Meter

PosiTector DPM DewPoint Meter by DeFelsko is redesigned to bring greater versatility and convenience to all coatings inspection applications. Measurement of dew point is necessary before coatings application, to ensure proper adhesion of coatings to surface. With PosiTector DewPoint Meter, measurement of relative humidity, surface temperature, air temperature, dew point temperature, and difference between surface and dewpoint temperatures is performed with one gauge at one time. Read all measurement parameters easily on the large LCD display, store measurements internally in the gauge, download readings to your computer, or upload to DeFelsko’s new web-based application, PosiTector.net. PosiTector DPM can be set up to AutoLog at user-selected intervals for continuous monitoring of all measurement values.

The New PosiTector DPM Dew Point Meter now provides the convenience of three gauges in one; DeFelsko’s new Universal Gauge Body that accepts all PosiTector DPM, PosiTector 6000, and new PosiTector SPG probes, allowing you to switch between Dew Point meter, Coating Thickness Gauge, or Surface Profile Gauge. One gauge, all three key coatings inspection functions at your fingertips.

PosiTector Dew Point Meter offers two probe styles: the Integrated Probe has the RH and air temperature sensor and built-in surface temperature probe. The Separate Probe includes a magnetic surface temperature sensor with K-type thermocouple and armoured cable, Rh and air temperature sensor. PosiTector DPM can be mounted to steel structures using the magnetic tab included with the Separate Magnetic Surface Temperature Probe for continuous monitoring of climatic conditions. The user sets time intervals for automatic recording of all five environmental parameter. The separate probe attachment also accepts three other optional K-type sensors.
