PCWI Thin Film Porosity Detector

The PCWI LOW VOLTAGE POROSITY DETECTOR is a Wet Sponge-type Holiday Detector for locating pinholes in coating. When testing for flaws in coatings under 20 mils thickness, it is recommended to use a Wet Sponge Porosity Detector. Also known as a Thin Film Holiday Detector, Low Voltage Holiday Detector or Wet Sponge Holiday Detector.

PCWI Low Voltage Porosity Detector is light-weight instrument featuring push-button operation, large 9" sponge to test greater areas more quickly, and a telescopic handle for reaching farther across the surface of tanks, walls, or other coated surfaces. Every PCWI Low Voltage Porosity Detector is supplied with a manufacturer's certificate of calibration.
