Terms and Conditions

Invoice Terms: Goods are supplied and invoiced on the condition that title for all products remains with Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. until payment has been received in full and cheques cleared. Accounts not received within terms specified are subject to collection fees, and all future orders will be prepayment. Resale and courtesy discounts are based upon payment terms; failure to remit payment according to terms will void all discounts.

"Return Policy: Defective merchandise or shipment errors must be reported immediately. All returns must be authorized. Repair or replacement of defective merchandise is at the sole discretion of Stone Tucker Instruments determined upon our inspection of the goods and determination of the nature and cause of damage. Customer is responsible to report shipping damages to courier upon receipt of package, and retain all packaging, including cushioning, waybills, and related paperwork. All returns are to be shipped at the buyer's expense unless otherwise specified by the Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. and may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders cannot be returned and will not be refunded. All returns are subject to inspection by the supplier and must be in original packaging with all elements originally shipped, all in new condition. "

Warranties: All products are warranted by their respective manufacturer.

All sales are subject to and conditional upon the Buyer's acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this form, as well as on any Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. invoices, packing slips, or other documents associated with the transaction. Stone Tucker Instruments terms and conditions supersede any and all other terms and conditions including those stated on any Buyer forms whatsoever, wherein any difference or inconsistency exists, including any Buyer's purchase order or other documents. Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. does not agree to, nor is bound by any terms or conditions contained in Buyer's purchase order or other documents, notwithstanding any failure on the part of Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. to expressly object to any such terms or conditions. Signature by representatives of Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. of Electronic Funds Transfer forms, or other payment mode agreements does not constitute acceptance by Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. of any terms or conditions of sale stated by Buyer as covered by such signature.

Standard Payment Terms:

Stone Tucker Instruments may offer credit payment terms on approved credit to selected Buyers. Allowed payment period is effective from date of invoice. Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. has no obligation to allow credit terms to any Buyer.

Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. reserves the right to limit the credit amount of any Buyer, and to withhold shipment of orders which would exceed credit limit until prior balances are paid down sufficiently to avoid exceeding allowed credit limit. Failure to remit payment for credit amounts within the terms specified will incur interest applied at a rate of 2% per month on outstanding amounts, and may be subject to collection fees, and may result in the cancellation of credit.

Courtesy discounts are based upon payment terms; failure to remit payment according to terms will void all discounts applied to current purchase and all future purchases.

Price quotes provided by Stone tucker Instruments Inc. are for individual products only; unless otherwise stated, shipping, import costs, and applicable taxes are in addition to prices quoted, and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Goods are shipped FOB location of Stone tucker Instruments Inc, and are insured for 100.00 maximum against loss or damage in transit. Additional insurance coverage may be requested by Buyer in writing at Buyer's expense.

Title for all products remains with Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. until payment has been received in full and cheques cleared.

Warranties: All products are warranted by their respective manufacturer. Stone Tucker Instruments Inc. administers warranties according to terms set by the manufacturer. No other warranties express or implied are provided by Stone Tucker Instruments Inc.
